Aden grew up in Sydney, before moving to the NSW South Coast in 2018 to begin work as an Exercise Physiologist. Here he worked in a multidisciplinary private practice helping a wide variety of people achieve positive health and lifestyle changes, as well as maintain exercise whilst managing persistent health issues such as a cancer diagnosis. Aden enjoys learning and returned to university to complete a Master of Cancer Sciences graduating in 2021 from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Physiotherapy graduating in 2024 from the University of Sydney.
Aden is also passionate about endurance sports, having been a competitive road cyclist for 6 years in the Australian National Road Series, as well as spending time in 2018 racing in the professional road cycling circuit in the United States. Aden has also been involved in coaching road cyclists since 2014. Post cycling, Aden has found a love for long distance running and is enjoying the challenges of training and racing 10K’s up to marathons. Most of all he loves helping others do the same and to help manage any injuries that might arise.
Aden uses his experiences as an athlete, coach, exercise physiologist and physiotherapist to help people achieve their movement goals. He loves helping people return to sport and movement after injury, manage their pain, as well as stay moving whilst managing persistent health issues using a wide variety of evidence-based treatments.
